Dear Madam, Please, make to know to promoters of Rolling Stones that a show in Copacabana Beach is not a good idea nowadays! Rio becames a too violent city and we have news everyday about "balas perdidas"( lost bullets) coming from the hills around the town. I suggest another city in Brazil such as S?o Paulo, Bras?lia, Curitiba, Florian?polis, Salvador or even my little town Goi?nia. We received Deep Purple and we have a great and secure Aut?dromo...But, please, make them to know that Rio de Janeiro may become a trouble for the band. Thank you so much! Carlos Mendes Rolling Stone fan since 1965

Cindy.......awesome site....Pat would be/is proud! I came here selfishly hoping for something you will find in an email later. Going through your site and the selfless dedication to your passion has helped me learn that I am not being selfish for what I dream about, i am selfish only when i allow it to be something i want. Pat Sparre was a very good freind of mine and the biggest Stones fan i have ever known personally. He died in 95 or so and i only learned it from watching a national news program in my living room where some of my oldest freinds were trying to do a national intervention in honor of his memory. In 89 i helped him negotiate with the ushers to allow him to run back and forth in front of the stage with Mick by getting ticket stubs for the different sections. Thanks again for taking me from selfish to dreamer.

Mick has been my favorite since 1964. I would love to meet him,I'm sure you would too. Not only is he cute, he is very talented and smart. I listen to his interviews and love his comical sense of humor and also his sincerity. He's a great entertainer and seems like such a nice man. I guess the only way I get to meet him is in my Dreams!

Hi Cindy: Thank you for this great site; I'm a fan of the Greatest Band In The World since the early 80's. I live in Peru, could watch the Stones alive only once and this was in 1999 during the No Security tour. Marc, you can't compare the last works of the Stones with the earliest ones just because they are quite different, beginning on the times they were released. Brian is dead since 1969 and his extraordinary ability to master EVERY instrument is gone forever (Stones in the 60's); Mick Taylor was a superb blues guitar player that left a trace on 4 great albums (Stones in the 70's); Bill Wyman's style on the bass guitar will never be replaced by Darill Jones' (Stones in the 80's). I only hope the Stones (and Mick) would play together for many more years. Since I was born back in 1971, there was always a new Rolling Stones' album to listen to. And this hasn't changed. Thanks Cindy, I really enjoyed this web site. Best wishes from this far part of the world. Ivan.

I love the stones and most of Micks solos stuff as well. I really like Rough Justice and have not heard Streets of Love yet. I have every Stones cd and all Mick's solo cds. One of my favorites is Bridge's to Babaylon, I most hate all of those so called fans who are stuck in the seventies and dont give the new music a chance.
